Science tells us that walls are 99.99999% space and not solid as they appear to be. Would you believe that our bodies are that way too? Our bodies are made up of energy. When your body is having pain, it has an energy. When you're feeling good, it has an energy.
There is also energy attached to the actions we take or don't take in our life and there is an energy attached to the words we speak or don't speak. With that said, here is one example: there are infinite ways to say "I Love You" that have different energies. Someone can say those words to you and you can sense that they mean it. Its like the energy of harmony or congruency. At other times someone could say it and not mean it, which is like non-harmony or incongruent.
When we desire something in our lives and its not working, being aware of what energy that is creating the situation and clearing/destroying the limitation involved in the energy can open your life to more possibilities to choose from.
This is what the tools and body work I use are for. They can get to the HUB of the issue or CORE of what is creating the stuck or blocked energy unlike anything that Ive experienced. There is a Level of Possibility and Change that can be created when these tools and Body Processes are used.
